Booking Rules
A reservation is considered confirmed on reception of a 50% deposit payment for the lessons required, at the latest 7 days before the start of the ski lessons. Payment in Euros or in Bitcoins. Transfer are possible only by Wise or by bank account.
Pay attention please to the exchange rate to pay the right amount.
The balance payment will be requested before the last lesson. One day in advance. The payment is required in Euros, in Bitcoins or by cash.
Numerous cash machines are located in Chamonix and all other the ski resorts.
To avoid many problems for me please plan your payment in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is required two weeks in advance, on the contrary the price of the reservations are due in full.
The meteo forecast in the mountains are changeable and evolves every day, it does not constitute a reason for cancellation of mountain activities. Only the professionnal ski instructor or snowboard instructor will decide if the lessons are cancelled.
If you are cancelling a ski lesson by yourself, 100% of the price must be paid.
EXCEPT
- in case of closing ski resorts and hotels for pandemic.
- In case or diseas (upon justification).
- In case of recent accidental physical disability (upon justification).
