01 Data controller

This policy describes how your personal data is collected and used on private-ski-instructor.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

02 Data we collect

The only data collected is what you enter in the booking form:

• activity type, skiing level, preferred date and time, number of participants;
• first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address;
• your optional message and the language in which you browse the Site.

No data is collected without your knowledge: the Site uses no audience analytics and no advertising trackers.

03 Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used to answer your request, organise the booked service and follow it up (pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract, article 6.1.b GDPR), and to meet the publisher's accounting and tax obligations (article 6.1.c GDPR).

04 Recipients

Your data is intended for Christelle Gioana. When a lesson is entrusted to a partner instructor, your contact details and the booking details are passed on to them to organise the service.

Technical processor: OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) hosts the Site and delivers its emails. Data is hosted within the European Union and is never transferred outside the EU, sold or shared with third parties.

05 Retention periods

Requests and bookings are kept for 3 years after the last contact. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

06 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact christelle.ski.chamonix@gmail.com or write to the postal address above.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

07 Cookies

The Site only sets one technical session cookie, strictly necessary for it to work (securing the forms and the admin area). This cookie is exempt from consent and is deleted when you close your browser.

No advertising, analytics or third-party cookies are used. Links to social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor) are plain links: no third-party content is loaded on the Site.

08 Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to booking data is protected by a restricted admin area.

This policy may be updated; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
